Our fee is based on a per job basis. Please contact us, so we can discuss your needs. Our fees do nclude set-up and take-down.

We attend the dress rehearsal whenever possible at no extra charge.

The initial fee includes one audio CD mastered.

Additional master or major changes, $45 per hour.

CD PRICES

• Finished CD prices will vary - contact us about pricing and quantity.

• Cost per finished CD for additrional copies is determined on a per session basis.

• Fees includes printing on CD

• We can also provide full 4-color art on 50 CDs or more. Prices on degree of graphics.

• Quantity CDs are quoted on a per order basis.

• There is no minimum quanity. We can make any quantity from 1 and up! We use professional duplicating equipment and high quality blanks.

Note: All copyright fees and mechanical license fees are the responsibility of the customer. It is strongly recommended you have these in place prior to the performance. It can take up to four weeks processing with some publisheers. We are NOT responsible for obtaining these. The information from the licensses will be needed to print on the CD. We are only a contractor to provide the service of archiving the event.

We will provide you with one archival CD included in the cost of the concert.

TRAVEL
Yes, we will travel. Cost is $45 hourly rate, plus mileage(rates vary)

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography is also available if required - inquire about charges.

TAPE TO CD TRANSFERS
We also provide a tape to CD transfer servcie. We can handle, cassette, 1/2 track and 1/4 track reel-to-reel tapes. A great way to preserve old magnetic tape.

COMPUTER and AUDIO TECHNICAL/CONSULTING SERVICES
Computer /Audio Technical/Consulting Services are available at the rate of $45 per hour.

TERMS
The session fee is payable the day of the recording unless prior arrangements are made.
